| Come along and join in a 2 km walk or run at 9.00 am each Sunday starting at the Big Rig Parklands continuing along the Adungadoo Pathway. Participants also can elect to do the 5km 'annual Run for a Cure' course or elect the do the 10 km course that will be undertaken on 1st Sept for the 'Run for a Smile'. Run as hard as you want or walk as calm as you wish. With free gas BBQ etc, and a cafe nearby, recovery is easily answered,, bring some brekky. Bike riders are welcome, for example children can follow parents. The routes are all light traffic and easy to navigate. Wayne can supply energy bars etc.... All we ask is that participants make a small donation before each event, with initially monies going to support Chris Farnan, with his fund raising for Wheelie Big Challenge. Thanks. |
